OK, I'll throw my $0.02 into the debate.
First however to know what it is I'm talking about, you may want to read the START to the whole thing at KenP's, followed by the UBER response from brudder Riggstad.
Both excellent reads on the matter of UIGEA, personal privacy rights and us puny little human things, that just keep running around with too much money.
So for my two cents on the whole deal, please see the Title of this post.
'Cause until we can switch the power over to our side and create Caveat venditor, only we can prevent ourselves from their wicked ways.
Without real change, I think it's fair to say that Human Nature remains exactly like History and bad Chinese Food. And as long as it constantly repeats itself, the power will always be in the wrong court IMHO.
My sincerest thanks for dropping by....

I would much rather gamble online with an American Casino like Caesars or the Rio, somewhere I actually know where the Corporate Office is located. Some place that might actually pay you a small amount of interest for the money in your account.
This idiots that had the UIGEA rammed up our asses are the same busybodies that tried to get alcohol make illegal (A Constitution Amendment for GAWD's sake!). People who lead miserable lives and have nothing better to do than stick their noses where they don't belong.
You have to ask yourself, how much in tax revenue is this costing the US to have all their poker players playing with offshore groups? How many dollars are flowing out of this country and perhaps, GASP, SUPPORTING TERRORIST ACTIVITIES!!!
Give Ireland back to the Irish and Texas Hold'Em back to Texas.
